About Charlie Austin

Charlie Austin is the founder of Charlie Austin’s Football School. He’s a professional footballer who has played at about every level of English football.

As a child Charlie signed for clubs in the hope to progress to a professional career in football, but sadly he was released .

However, with dedication and determination he made his way from non league to playing in the top flight of English football.

The one thing Charlie is really passionate about is children enjoying the game. This is the reason he started this football school, so children can learn skills, play games and have fun with no pressures on them whatsoever.

Coaches

Our Football Schools are delivered by coaches from Inclusion Coaching. Inclusion was founded by Steve Hooper in 2010 with the vision of becoming the market leader in youth football coaching through their belief that football is an experience during a child's life that never leaves them. Together we believe that football isn't just about what you can do with the ball but also a huge social experience that can teach young people vital life skills. These include team work, dealing with failure, how to be humble when successful and how to learn from mistakes, turning negatives into a positive just to name a few.

Through our carefully designed sessions each child will gain psychological, social, physical and of course technical outcomes. With sessions aimed at all ability groups and designed to challenge individuals within the groups to an appropriate level, we are believe in creating a positive learning environment with the right balance of challenge and achievability.

Our team of highly qualified and age appropriate coaches, along with their forward thinking coaching styles really do live up to the name, Inclusion, and can truly provide 'Football for All'.

About Our Schools

After school clubs run for up to an hour at the end of the children’s school day within the grounds of the school.

Our FA Qualified CRB Checked coaches will cover all aspects of the game from the physical to the social and psychological, whilst teaching your child new skills and techniques and always keeping the emphasis on fun.

Our secondary school club will run for 4 weeks in each school and consist of 2 weekly sessions of 90 mins.

Coached by minimum FA Level 2 Coaches this is the place for your child to take their game understanding, techniques, social skills and athleticism to the next level. With carefully planned sessions designed to help the children deal with failure and success in a positive way, learn from mistakes and have appropriate challenge through out, these sessions do not only give a strong basis of the game they also teach skills that can be transferred throughout all walks of life

At Soccer Schools, you will learn new skills, make new friends score lots of goals, make lots of saves, improve your passing, perfect your dribbling and most of all have lots of fun

in what we believe is the perfect environment to develop not only football skills but also social and physical skills. Our sessions are built around the FA Youth Award approach including elements of social, technical, physical and psychological development. During the week we will encourage lots of ownership from players, whether that be to look after the drinks area or be in charge of the equipment or help lead sessions. We aim to create the most appropriate, fun, learning environment around

County sessions run for 1 hour per week based at a central location and are open to the wider community

County sessions will be more technical and tactical sessions focused on developing the footballing skills of the youngsters. As always in our sessions there will be elements of social and psychological development to help the children to make intelligent decisions on the pitch with the ball. We look forward to developing your talent children to the next level
